This has become a regular with what I'm about to say about the Hardee's in easley SC on main Street.
Well for starters I ordered to mushrooms Swiss burgers just the burgers. Well normally they are out of this world however today that wasn't the case I spent I believe 16 and change for 2 mushroom Swiss burgers that's outrageous for one I understand inflation has been an issue for the past two years however when you spend that kinda money for food you at least expect to get your monies worth these two burgers were horrible to say the least you can tell these burgers had been sitting around for a good long time . When I got home 2 minutes later because I live practically in Hardee's backyard I took a bite of my burger and instantly had to drink a full glass of water behind that one bite because it was so frigging dry I took the burger apart because I wasn't tasting any mushrooms well there were literally two mushrooms on this burger same goes for my husband's burger bith burgers had a different kind of cheese because it definitely wasn't Swiss moving right along now the employees looked like their entire families had just died so very miserable. I understand everyone has a bad day but really the entire crew ?? This has been an on going issue with this particular Hardee's. I go to Hardee's because there food is normally cooked as you order which is awesome yeah you may have to wait a little longer but it's worth it however that wasn't the case this day it was real bad if I had to rate them from 1 to 10 and 10 being the best I give this Hardee's a -5 yeah and that's being generous. I don't understand what's happened to all these fast food restaurants they all take way to long forgive me if I'm mistaken here but isn't their main selling point "fast-food well they need to close this Hardee's and restart the place because they've completely lost focus & the meaning of fast food restaurants and this goes for all fast food restaurants because they're all very slow . Also Hardee's I don't want a coupon in the mail for two more mushroom Swiss burgers I want to be able to go back no questions asked and get a replacement meals for two people. What I really want is for Hardee's to just get it right for once . Can you guys do this because this particular Hardee's has had these issues for over a year now nothings improved in fact just getting worse . Please 16 bucks for 2 burgers is ridiculous to begin with but when your food is just Totally horrible this is unexceptable, please get with the program or close down. Marianne Hill

Went to drive up but nobody was there. I waited a few minutes and then said Hello a few times and asked if anyone was there. There was still nobody there. I pulled up to the window and said there was nobody to take my order. I was told I just didn't wait long enough and couldn't place my order from this window. I said I won't be returning and asked her "you really don't care do you?". She said no, she really didn't care. I won't be returning.
