Chinese food is my very favorite food. Being from the northeast, there's not one that I've enjoyed since living here until finding Hong Xing! When it comes to boneless spareribs, I'm very picky how they're cooked and the quality of the meat. Hands down, Hong Xing makes them the way they are back home and I'm so glad they're re-opened!!
