New Management is definitely needed at the Cheraw location. I've NEVER seen such an unprofessional crew as I've witnessed this morning. The waitress/ cook who worked this morning, NEEDS to be under investigation for violating company policy/ guidelines regarding employment. Such an embarrassment to us all who live here. NEVER WILL SPEND ANOTHER $ AT THIS LOCATION!! I wish I had a number to call CORPORATE!!!

my friend called and asked me to meet her at huddle house. when i got there she had been there 2 or 3 minutes. first thing she said was "i really need some coffee". the waitress was on the phone. after a few more minutes i asked the waitress for coffee. she said "just a minute" still on the phone. my gal says she was really looking forward to some huddle house food. the waitress is still on the phone. after being ignored for about 5 more minutes i said "Let`s just go to MCdonalds" so we did. she might still be on the phone still. I`m not going back to find out. we got our coffee at mcdonalds within 2 minutes of coming through the door. when someone wants coffee they DO NOT want to wait 5 or 10 minutes. that waitress gets 4 thumbs down. this happened in Cheraw S.C. april 11th, early afternoon.

I will never go back. My grits was scorned...my pancakes was burned..my sauasge was burned and my waffle was also burned....All in two nites..This was a carry out and all of my food was burned. Called calling but no manager.
