Just went for breakfast, very busy, had a new server with Louia something on her tag, they called her Lilly, she was doing an excellent job but had a head manager with white shirt that was a total a@@ to his workers. As hard as it is to get help he needs to support and help them out. Instead he decided to " correct" his worker right there in front of the customers , such poor management!! Talk to the kitchen staff too!! Food was burnt, if I had time to wait I would have but sat for an hour already!!! Lilly keep up the good work!! look for a new job!!!
