We had a nice time at Joe Pasta, but the service was a bit lacking. We had to ask multiple times for utensils that we didn't receive with our food. The tomato basil soup was outstanding, but the meatballs were just okay. It's a good option for a casual meal in Charleston without breaking the bank.
