I have been a long-time patron of Kanpai and recently revisited under new management. Despite a previous hiatus, I was eager to experience the changes. The service from our waiter, Matthew, and hibachi cook, Rico, was exceptional, creating an enjoyable dining atmosphere. The dishes were expertly prepared, with the ribeye cooked to a perfect medium and the flavors well-balanced. If you're looking for a satisfying hibachi experience, consider giving Kanpai a try.
