I have been a loyal patron of La Hacienda in North Charleston for decades, and my recent visit reinforced my loyalty to this establishment. Despite some negative feedback, our experience on a busy Saturday night exceeded my expectations. The service was efficient, our group's diverse orders were handled with ease, and a special birthday surprise for my son showcased the restaurant's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Where do I begin.. I waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge 4 parties were waiting to be seated... Once we got the attention of the hostess and were seated.. I asked for coffee.. they had none.. I asked for milk for my son they had none. Asked for fresh made guacamole.. it was glan! I asked for incrediance to spice it up ... They are out of lime, lemon and salt and pepper. Even though there were salt and pepper shakers on other tables. Our food came out cold and unrecognizable. I asked to speak to the waitress.
I expressed in the most polite way the issue and asked to speak to a manager. The waitress said there was not a manager on staff.. HOW STUPID DO YOU THINK I AM???? I told the waitress to get the manager and stop lying. Finally "Henessy" The Manager" arrived at our table.. asked us to leave because I was disrespectful to the waitress. Never once was I disrespectful. Never did I utter a disrespectful word.. However.. the disrespect and the the the lies of the waitress Is beyond mind blowing. not sure what has happened to this location.. but this was the worst service ever.. worst food ever!!! this restaurant has gone so far down hill they should close this location!
