We have a family house at Folly that isnt rented so we're out there a good bit and eat at Lil Mama's a lot when we are there. We typically eat breakfast there the most and order pizza's a good bit for supper. I can honestly say that we, or any of our guests have had anything but the greatest food ever!
We always marvel how so much great food comes out of such a tiny kitchen. Its usually packed, the staff is always wide open, friendly, and attentive. Never have we waited longer than you would expect for anything.
We always leave happy!

Actually, I'm not sure what to rate the food as I never received it when I attempted to eat here. After being seated by the manger- who had quite the attitude problem, my table and I waited 10 minutes before even receiving menus- and then another 10 minutes to place our orders- which we had to change as they were out of half the menu items offered. After waiting almost an hour; we finally had to leave. Rather than being apologetic about the situation; the manger yelled at us for not understanding how busy they were, even though we were only 1 of 4 tables in the restaurant. Pathetically managed and understaffed....don't waste your time...

Tried to eat there. After waiting 45 on our food and changing our order because they were out of several items on the menu, we asked calmly to pay for our drinks and leave. The servers never checked on us, refilled our drinks, or apologized for the delay on our food. The restaurant is very small, but is somehow understaffed...The manager was extremely rude and unapologetic. Instead of trying to smooth things over, she cussed at us as we were walking out. I'm thankful my child wasn't with me to hear her dropping the F bomb loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear. I hope the restaurant tanks. I don't know if they have good food or not. I will not go back to be verbally assaulted by some snotty Folly Beach wannabe hippie transplant. Go to Taco Boy instead.
