good food and service

The food at Lizard's Thicket was satisfying and the portions were generous. While I found the menu somewhat limited, the service was attentive and efficient. My experience dining there after a long day of travel was unexpectedly pleasant, with standout dishes like the fried chicken, pecan pie, and banana pudding. The staff was friendly and got our takeout order exactly right, making it a great stop on our journey.
