Really bad I've lived in 5 different states worst of any .orders wrong, cold too many things to list

Started by waiting over 20 minutes for an egg mcmuffin! They voluntarily offered a free meal next time because of the wait. I took 2 bites and there were shells all in the egg. I couldnt eat it. I dug for my chicken sandwich and it was wrong. We were missing an entire combo except the drink and 2 large fries and my food was wrong.
I took the sandwich back FIVE TIMES! The SIXTH sandwich I got back was STILL wrong. When I opened it, SOMEONE HAD BITTEN THE CHEESE!!!!!! I AM LIVID MY CHILDREN ATE PART OF THEIR FOOD!!!! I complained and a worker yelled at me and then yelled at the manager. A different manager, Candice, took me to the "waiting window" and tried to beg me multiple times to remake my food. I continued to say "no way are we eating anything out that kitchen! They're biting our food!" She FINALLY gave me my money, covered for everyone and refused to give me names of who specific workers were so I could report them!
