Worst place ever. Manager was so rude. I asked for a refund. She cursed at me. Said she put refund back on my card. It was not posted. Didn't get my food or my money back. Disgusting.

Precook old food when you ask for it to be cook fresh and still make you wait for old food cut fresh

Rode there with my fiance on a new scooter we bought for cruising around town, parked to walk in. When I got to the door it had the mask ordinance signs up with a doorstopper to open the door that said your shoe knows what to do. I tried opening it, but it was locked, and everyone behind the counter was acting frenzied saying oh they can't come in here, but the gentlemen by the door opened it and said we could as long as we had a mask, and we did. So we went to the counter, and the cashier who wasn't wearing a name tag went to take my fiance's order and very rdely and bluntly says ," ugh, I can't hear anything you're saying," so she pulled her mask down to repeat her order. I then stepped up making sure to loudly and clearly state my order that she took. After they got it ready and gave my fiance her drink, I was still waiting for mine, and she very abrasively said what are you waiting on? I replied," my large sweet tea I ordered." She said, " I didn't hear you order no tea." In which I replied, "well I definitely did." So she started making it as I asked my fiance if she heard me, and she did, then checked my recipe to see if she charged me for it, and she hadn't so I offered to pay for it, which I did. So we continued from there to sit down so we could eat inside, and they proceed to call after us stating that we can't eat in there, so I asked why did they have the signs for us to be able to come in then, which they replied, " I don't know." So me and my fiance juat walked out side and ate at the smoke break table in the back since we had no way to carry our food and drinks other wise with out them getting cold or spilling. It was by far one of the worse mcdonald's I have ever been to. If I could rate it an absolute zero I would, not to mention they didn't ring my fiance up for the combo she ordered so she didn't get a hash brown, and they charged me for two sausage egg and cheese when I know one hundred percent sure I clearly communicated I'd like two sausage and cheese biscuits.. nice plays but terrible employees. Can't believe I half expected on of the other employees to speak up at least about the cashier's attitude. She must have them scared of her to be allowed to carry on that way in a customer service position. I will never eat there again.
