Called back because fries tasted old. Manager gave last name (Cooper )was very rude on the phone and said they are dropping fries now come back and get it (1030pm). I explaned I live more than 10 miles and explain I'm not driving back and I'll get it tomorrow. This managers need's to have more professionalism when talking with customers.
