I visited Aiken, SC O'Charley's today. My food was incorrect the twisted chip machine was broken and my mother food was incorrect. After all this I never got angry and I had a great time. My new food was hot and the Manager was absolutely GREAT. I had the best time and my food was delicious. I'm not sure the managers name but she is great. I'm going back Saturday just because she is great. Thanks for awesome service.
