Horrible, horrible service!! Ordered with Uber Eats and 2 hours later our order was delivered cold! However, apparently Outback has a priority program that you have to pay for to get your order on time. The driver was extremely apologetic and embarrassed how Outback treated us. We were first time customers to the Beaufort restaurant and have had much better service at other Outback locations. Will never ever order from the Beaufort location again!!! Even though we now live in Beaufort, Outback is definitely not on our list to visit again!! Beaufort has many other restaurants that are very good and appreciate their customers. Outback management needs to learn from them!!!

Very disappointing experience.

My wife and I decided to dine at Outback in Beaufort last night. It would have been better to go to Burger King!
It was Wednesday, prime rib night, sounds good lets do that.
Disappointment number one: They don't have any. It's on special but they don't have any. This news comes after waiting 15 minutes.
The soup comes, not to bad would have eaten more if it hadn't come seconds before the meal (literally less than a minute). Then there is the meal.
Disappointment two: I changed my order to sirloin and shrimp (more wait time). The sirloin was tough and covered in some peppery powdered substance totally destroying any taste the meat once had. I had been told by the waiter the shrimp would be grilled, like shrimp on the Barbie, sounds good. It arrived sautí©ed in some kind of garlic butter goo and tasted awful. Nope, no grilled. I tried the crispy shrimp, ate only two it wasn't getting better. Looked like shake and bake.
Disappointment three: My wife had ribs she said they were very good, she said that until early in the morning when she woke up sick.
The quality of service and food would rate about 2 on a scale of 10. Should have gone to Burger King.
What was good about the meal? The bread, the bread is always good.
The previous time we ate at Outback it was in Bluffton. The service and food were both great. We may try Outback again but it will not be in Beaufort!
