5:15 pm on Monday, 12/5/22 submitted by order for pickup.

5:39 pm confirmed order was ready.

5:45 arrived @ pickup door; no one there: no
sign -no notice on door


5:55 Walked inside; asked about "pick up" station & was told "Oh we have a runner."

6:05 Was told "order would be ready in 15
minutes. Asked to speak to Manager.

6:15 Asked again to speak to Manager.

6:27 Manager appears. While we are talking
someone hands my takeout food.

48 minutes after Outback confirmed my order was ready I received my order. They left out the salads & silverware (had none in my hotel room ) & charged me $84.05.

Very, very disappointed 😞😞😞. That sound that you hear is the sound of a life long Outback customer leaving & never going back.

Great service, great menu, fast service and some of the best steaks (and cocktails) we ever had. The "Pina Koala" was so good, I had to have seconds

I have liked Outback for a long time. Food has consistently been good.
Today, I ordered curbside as I didn't have time to eat inside.
The server, Maurice, was very pleasant and helpful. In his effort to serve me quickly, he didn't wait on my Blooming onion to be finished and almost forgot my Ceasars salad. When I got home I realized I didn't have my onion and called the store and Maurice answered. He told me my onion was put in the window 5 minutes after I have left and he was sorry. He told me he would have the manager credit my card for the onion. The steak was the worst I've ever had at an Outback. Half of it was grizzle
and was unable to eat. It will make me think twice to go to this location for a meal.
PS. The new Caesar dressing is not as good as it used to be. Very bland.
