Not the same since the last owner. This new owner even gets into your conversation while walking past your table. If she is trying to be friendly, this is the wrong way to do it. Went there 3 times to try to give it a chance but nothing changes. We won't be back!!

The original owner, Raina, sold it over a year ago. We went there about a moth and a half afterwards. Service was bad, food was mediocre at best. We haven't been back since. Save your time and money, and go to Valentino's in Surfside Beach. Never disappointed in the food or service there.

We have been going to Pacino’s for more than 15 years. We have been there three times since new ownership took over, but we will not be back. It is different! Longtime Pacino fans will probably not find it the same, but newbies should give it a try. Sadly when I posted an honest review on line, the owner promptly sent me a message not to return, blocked me from contacting her and from the Facebook page. The new decor is lovely, the menu is more limited, the prices are higher, and there are extra charges for things (marinara sauce on side of pasta if main entree does not have same sauce, Greek salad, using a credit card, for example). We had a $100 gift card (giver was charged 60 extra cents for stamp to mail it to us) and HAD to use the full value. Our bill was $77 and the owner would not give use a new gift card for future use. We had to order food to go to use the remaining balance on the gift card! We wish Kim and Rocco much success, but we will not be back.

We ate at Pacinos twice in a week and every night would not have been enough. As soon as you see the kitchen you know this is a serious dining experience. Savoury light sauces, the best meatballs anywhere, prices that are more than fair. The Owner is a delight and speaks with everyone looking for honest feedback but really nothing is ever in doubt, the food is superb, the service is wonderful and the experience is fantastic. A true Jewell that we will visit every time we can which will be often. Pacinos along with Hymens in Charleston made this years vacation a real joy. Haven't been to Hymens in 35 years until last month and won't let that happen again. Truly memorable meals thanks to both restaurants for still being there and still being as good.
