The customer service is really good and the prices are pretty low, making it perfect for a quick and cheap dinner. The food is basic Chinese-nothing amazing, but it's always ready fast and arrives at the right temperature, which is exactly what you want from takeout. I've ordered a lot from here and never been disappointed, especially with their chicken wings and family meals.

The customer service was really good and the prices were low, making it a good option for a quick and affordable dinner. The food was decent, not exceptional, but the quick service and bonus of receiving two free egg rolls with a coupon made the experience worthwhile.

The food was adequate even though the peas in the fried rice were hard. I am giving one star because they got my order wrong. I ordered in person, pointed to what I wanted gave them the item number and they still got it wrong. I ordered the combination plate and got the regular item with white rice. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered from Panda Palace for the first time today and it will be the last. Placed my order online, took over an hour for food to get here, tried calling to check where food was and it went straight to voicemail, when the delivery guy showed up he was on the phone the entire time, and when I actually ate the food, you could tell it'd been sitting out for a while because the sauce was too thick and the chicken was hard. I wouldn't even give this place one star if I could.

really good food at a decent price. general tso shrmp or chicken really good although i ask them to go light on the sauce. App goods as well especially liked the cheese crab meat wonton. Chicken pad Thai rivals any Thai restaurant

Man, the food here is so bad. chicken wing all dried up and rice hard as hell. expensive.
