Food is good. Service and management leave a LOT to be desired. There's no excuse for getting so many orders wrong.
Also, tables are not cleaned frequently.

I order two sandwiches and two bowls of soup today and was extremely disappointed. My sandwich was sloppy and falling apart. All the contents had fallen out into the paper with the bread laid on top. The bread was crumbly as if it was old and the service was horrible. After showing it to the manager he asked what was wrong? I asked him if he paid 11.00 for a sandwich at what is suppose to be a high end bread shop is this what he would expect to receive? He proceeded to tell me he couldn't take the sandwich back, but after a frank conversation he gave me my money back. Not once did he apologize or make sincere gestures of regret.
PANERA, WE ALL KNOW A EPIDEMIC IS GOING ON BUT YOU REALLY NEED TO WORK ON CUSTOMER RELATIONS!
