Never order from this place. Took hour and half mins for them to get my pizza ready and to me from less than 1 mile away! Wings is what I wanted and threw a pizza on top just in case wings were not enough. What showed was a pizza....ONLY! It was at this point the poor young man delivering told me they removed your wing order cause your pizza was already ready but your wings were not! No one called, asked, informed, or made any attempt to offer a substitution! So I made an attempt to fill out a feedback form to inform them on their poor management and communication. The website only works well to place orders! Feedback or complaints well is so ridiculous in steps and required information that I will never try again. Finally I am in the middle of typing my detailed complaint just for the website to say "in 3 mins this page will time out"! So it was this point I inspected the pizza. Not enough that it was wrong, but they made sure it was cold too. Do yourself a favor just make a sandwich, save your money, and avoid the frustration. I just spent $25 for aggravation, extended hunger pains, and.... at the end of all that Im still having to make a damn sandwich. Papa Johns has really gone down hill!
