Last time we waited 2 hours for a carry out order that was estimated to be 30 minutes. Waited a year and thought carry out would be different. It was not. Showed up at the 25 minute mark when it was supposed to be ready but was told it was not, but that they would bring it out when it was. Waited another 20 minutes and went in to check on the status only to be told that they did not know when it would be ready. Got a refund. Don’t be fooled by their bogus estimated times.
