Our first time here and it will not be our last. Food was very good and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our lunch so much.

Turkey, dressing, green beans, macaroni and cheese, sweet potatoes, and banana pudding were outstanding for the Anderson Institute of Technology Thanksgiving luncheon on November 23, 2021.

Stay away from the half a rack of pork ribs. Dry and difficult to get off the bone. No acton taken when I complained to the waitress. Visit was on May 29, 2021. Sauce on ribs were dry as well Worse ribs in over 50 years of eating ribs.

We use Sadler's Creek BBQ for all of our gatherings and everyone loves the food!! The sauces are amazing and we always have plenty of food for second servings!

Sadler's Creek is the best BBQ I've ever had, and I'm more than willing to wait until Saturday to get it!
The chopped pork BBQ is out of this world, and needs no sauces (but you should still try them - they are wonderful!). The Brunswick Stew is the best I've tasted, and the fries and beans are spectacular!
I don't eat BBQ from other places since experiencing Sadler's Creek, but if you can't wait until Saturday, you can find the BBQ, Sauces, and Stew at at least one local market. However, your best bet is to just wait until Saturday (it is worth it), and go to the source - you won't be disappointed!
