We visited Charleston and this restaurant was one of two recommended - I was so disappointed - the decor was authentic and clean but the food was awful. I have been eating Indian food all my life and cook various Indian foods at home but this food was very substandard - the mulligatawny soup (this word means pepper water) seemed to have corn in it ???? not sure but it tasted odd, the lamb samosa was very dry and the waiter had removed the chutneys before this was served - I had a shrimp curry and while the shrimp were very well cooked the whole dish lacked flavor - I really expected more from this restaurant as it had rave reviews.
I definitely will never eat there again !!

OMG! This was our first visit to an Indian restaurant, but it was amazing! Cute little restaurant, good service, prices are good and the food is even better!
One other thing we loved, they serve you water right away and they leave you alone while you eat! No waiter bugging you every 5 min. while your trying to enjoy your meal! LOVE IT!
Its a little drive from where we live, but its well worth it!
Just amazing!
