Wait for table was fine. After being seated we waited around/looking around for about 15-20 minutes when someone finally comes up to our table and ask if anyone has been to our table yet after replying no she said oh it looks like they sat you in a closed section... she then said she’d get us our waitress immediately (but couldn’t at-least take our drink order for us) after another 10-15 minutes a waitress finally comes up saying “yeah sorry they sat you in a closed section, what can I get you to drink”. No introduction, no apology, nothing and it seemed like it was a trouble to her to take care of us. We start ordering our drinks and I made sure to repeat myself twice because not many places will do this for me, that I wanted half water half lemonade for my 3 year old son I also ordered a drink from the bar for myself. She then said do you just wanna go ahead and order now not in a nice tone either… we go ahead and order because we were actually ready since we had waited for so long for someone to even come to our table.. After about 8 minutes we get our drinks. She brings my husband and son their drinks. My sons top of drink was covered in drink so I cleaned it didn’t bug me. Got my bar drink about 10 minutes later. After awhile I noticed my sons drink was sprite. I know it’s caffeine free but how on earth do you get water with lemonade mixed with sprite and why would you think it’s okay to give someones toddler a soda without asking… I was very upset after this.. after a while my husband had already finished his drink as did I and were still waiting for our waitress to come check on us to get my sons drink fixed, refills and for our food. Don’t know how much long after (it was awhile) another waitress comes up asking if he wanted a refill and if I’d like another drink I told her about my sons drink no apology from her either but she was very sweet she fixed it and told me about the different fruity drinks because my first one tasted like straight fruit punch. So I order another because I’m on vacation and she brings back a refill for my husband and a water lemonade for my son. Very sweet woman. After a while I got my second bar drink which was one of the bigger mango margarita ones and after awhile I finish it (which I normally can’t drink a full one). still no food... it’s almost 7 o’clock and the food finally comes and unfortunately we had prior engagements so we had to ask for boxes as soon as she brought our food out. My sons hot dog bun was hard as a rock and his hot dog was all shriveled up, hard and cold. My mashed potatoes were cold and the gravy on top was super dark and was steaming hot probably trying to heat the mashed potatoes up. Haven’t even eaten the food yet so who knows how they taste or how my steak and shrimp taste. Anyways we finally get our boxes no check you think that would be a hint since we told her we had to go.. waited some more. We got our check she apologized about the wait for the food and walked off… no have a nice night and no apology for anything else.. the wait for food was crazy, but what I really cared about was her not once visiting our table to check on us, my sons drink being messed up and that the very few times she came to our table she treated us as an inconvenience like she was about to get off or something. NO APOLOGY STILL FROM ANYONE. $72 later… didn’t even get to leave with a buzz…..
