Terrible drive through customer service. We were told system was down and they couldn't take any orders. She was very rude. Drive across the street to find something else. Noticed cars getting served in the drive through. Went back to wendys drive through and was told the same thing. Asked the guy in the vehicle ahead of us if they took his order and he confirmed that they did. They just told him cash. We were not offered that option either time. What a joke. 4 ppl ahead of us waiting for their order to be filled. We observed them taking some orders and turning others
Could see the staff inside laughing like it was funny. This was just a quick stop off the hwy on a long drive to grab a quick bite to eat, so I will never go to this location again. I will be contacting head office as this behaviour and customer service is unacceptable.
