Arrived Saturday, 9/1/2018 at 12:50PM with two cars ahead of me waiting in the drive thru just to place their order. At 1:02PM, I left the line, parked and went indoors to place my order. It took 14 more minutes to pick up a Carolina Burger, fries and a taco salad. The server handing out the trays of food apologized, no one was working on the salad. She went and did it herself, that left trays of food COOLING on the counter for people eating indoors. When she returned, she asked if I wanted the toppings on it? Just give me the topping and the salad, find the burger and I'll get out of here. I have absolutely no idea how long the fries were under a heat lamp but they were like rubber. 26 minutes total to get an order. Someone needs to introduce a "Work Flow Study" at the Darlington location. Not the Wendy's I knew before it became Wendy's/Arbys Corporation.

Me, my daughter and 2 grandchildren arrived at Wendy's in Darlington sc on May 31 at around 8 pm. We waited approximately 10 minutes to order...we dined in..there was puddles of water on the floor around drink machine, the dining area was unsafe and dirty . We ordered 2 salads.. southwestern and taco...they were 98 percent lettuce and over full..I had to remove lettuce (the lid from the salad was full) to add my sides, I had to go back and ask for the chilli for the taco salad and the chilli was aweful..it looked watered down...we were there around an hour...during this time we witnessed 3 loud disagreements between the on duty manager and customers...it was the worst experience ever in any restaurant. We were there to celebrate my granddaughters 5k graduation...I can say we will not make that mistake again
