Whenever I find myself in Plainview, stopping at Frisco Bakery for breakfast is a must. Their barbacoa, refried beans, rice, and freshly made corn tortillas remind me of the flavors my abuela used to make, and I always leave with bags of their incredible pan dulce. The staff is friendly and efficient, whether I'm using the drive-thru or sitting inside, and the homemade salsa and tres leche cake never disappoint.
