The absolute worst experience. Ordered a cake for my brother's surprise 50th Party. The Little Cake Shop was referred to me so I made an hour's drive to pick up the cake a day before the party. The cake was ordered 8 weeks prior, pics were sent of the exact cake they made. I arrived and the cake looked nothing like the pictures. When I explained I wasn't happy they attempted to fix some of it after pulling up the picture I sent and it still looked botched. This cake was $90 and I explained I drove an hour and I wanted to be refunded. The heavyset girl behind the counter explains to me in a very loud screaming voice they have been in business for 23 years and it was a family business. I received my money back but after this horrible experience, I don't have a cake for my brother's special day tomorrow. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. Customer service is the worst I have experienced. Huge disappointment!

They care nothing about repeat customers. This was my 4th and final purchase. They took "creative liberties" with my order and it turned out nothing like the picture I gave them. They refused to alter it or give me a price break or even a small credit towards a future purchase. They even hung up on after being very rude on the the phone. I was so embarrassed to display the cake at the party. I will make sure that everyone I know never uses this pitiful excuse for a business.
