I have never been so disappointed in my life. I have always enjoyed pasta in a pan,however on Monday night I took my three sons out to eat after a track meet . For the service we would have been better off if we got fast food, The food was not bad but when taking a mouth full of food all I could taste was the windex that was spayed on the back of our booth & we were the only 4 people in the place. I was so disappointed I wanted to throw up. I understand it was @830 & workers want to go home but being a waitress myself I know that would never be accepted where I work. When I asked to speak to a manager a waitress listened to my complaint & offered a free desert that I did not want. I just wanted to eat a good meal in peace but that did not happen . I have never been so unhappy & will not go back & I was a regular at Michaels but no more. A honest I'm sorry would have been acceptable but my waitress made herself gone while the other waitress tried to explain how they have to clean. Where I work we clean after all customers are gone even if it's well after the kitchen has closed . So very disappointed!!!!!!!!!
