The Barnes & Noble here is a gem with friendly staff, some of whom have been here for over a decade. It's connected to the mall but has its own entrance, and features a Starbucks inside. I love spending hours here on weekends browsing the diverse selection of books, toys, and collectibles, and attending the fun events for kids. Today, I was thrilled to find a copy of "The Tennant of Wildfell Hall," which I had been searching for in my local B&N without success. The Starbucks inside served the most decadent flourless chocolate cake, and their iced coffee was superb as always.

Had the worst service at the StarBucks located in the Columbia Mall Barnes and Noble. The guy did not smile, did not take my cash from my hand and was slow to acknowledge my order. He did however speak loudly about the up and coming Superbowl game and saying good bye to everyone after his shift. But was not very loud when saying thank you seemed to have forced it out. Please Starbucks have your employees provide better customer service.
