The dinner is always very good but I'd like to know why you can hold a to go order online with a debit card , but when you arrive you cannot pay in cash or gift card. Makes no sense being the manager says you can call to order with no payment at all which means you could not show up to get the order!

My Mother was just humiliated in this Cracker Barrel. A manager by the name of Kevin Simmons accused my mother of stealing a sweater which she paid for. This manager has no tact. His demeanor and the way in which he approached my mother at her table where she had already placed her order was rude. My mother was still in the restaurant and waiting for her meal- the least you could do is go check with the cashier before rudely approaching my Mother.
Anyone in a management position or owning a business knows there is a correct way to approach someone in this type of circumstance-obviously Kevin missed this class on how to be a good manager. Myself, my husband, and my father all own or have owned businesses-we have never treated any customer the way you did today.
Mr. Simmons, you are a poor excuse of a manager and you should be ashamed of yourself. You will be hearing from us again. We all feel it would be a good idea for you to be demoted to dishwasher until you learn what all your job as a manager entails... you know things like good manners, politeness, correct procedures for handling a situation.
We will be calling the head office.
