Found my new favorite Italian restaurant, Montauro Restorante on Tampa Bay Blvd and N. Howard. It's a Mom and Pop place that serves delicious, authentic southern Italian recipes cooked by one of the owners, Libby Montauro. I will be returning. If you love home cooked Italian food and don't mind a plain decor, I high and enthusiastically recommend Montauro Restorante.
