The evening unfolded with an energetic buzz as I mingled upstairs, greeted personally by the chef-owner, setting a warm and welcoming tone that carried through the night. Each bite, from the divine short rib burrito to the perfectly spiced quesadillas, revealed layers of thoughtful flavors and fresh ingredients sourced from local farms, while attentive service made the experience effortless and enjoyable. Despite a few minor misses, like the drier catfish tacos, the vibrant atmosphere and carefully crafted dishes lingered with me, inviting a return to savor more of the unique Mexican-inspired offerings.
