The atmosphere at this locally owned spot is fantastic and the owner goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. The food was delicious, with my burger cooked perfectly and everyone in my group enjoying their meals. Despite a slow bartender, the overall experience was enjoyable and I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Went last Saturday with friends for appetizers and drinks and to listen to band. Food was cold and service was slow. When we asked to speak to owner he could not be found?? We reluctantly paid out tab and left and low Nd behold the owner was outside talking to some young woman?!!! Thanks roadhouse for your hospitality, NOt coming back!

Small portions,staff couldn't answer any questions about how food was cooked. Orderd an olive burger that had 0 olives. Only gave 4 skins in an order. Previously had the steak wich was small,tuff, and tasted plain and unseasoned. Over all not a good dinning experience. The bar served good drinks. But any bar can do that. Don't waste your money.

I think i am being generous with a 2. Ordered take out . Simple enough, a mushroom swiss burger well done and the ribeye dinner 16 oz. Medium rare. First the steak was supposed to come with two sides and rolls. We ordered the mac and cheese and coleslaw. What we got was an undercooked, small, bland steak and a container usually used for condiments with the "coleslaw" in it and the larger container that said mac & cheese on it. Still don't really know what it was in that container. Maybe some sort of alfredo/feta sauce with a few noodles (ice cold) it smelled too terrible to even taste, never saw any dinner rolls. Next up, the burger. It looked alright, the fries were ok. Ordered it well done and got two bites in and was raw in the middle. YUCK!!!! I really was looking foward to a good pub burger and got the opposite of what i asked for. Just be aware that what the menu says is not what you will be getting. What you order you may or may not actually be getting. I won't go back and i live here!. I sincerely hope the new owners can find a place here in Paw Paw once the bike season is over because food prepared and served the way we got it won't keep anyone coming back.
