After a fantastic concert at The Ritz in Winter Haven, I ended up at Caribbean Bay for an open mic and karaoke night where the lively crowd and great music made me feel right at home. The bartenders, especially Heather, kept the atmosphere fun and welcoming, and the famous Rum Runners were delicious and strong, making it a perfect place to relax by the water with live bands and friendly locals.
