The day shift staff at the hotel were efficient and friendly, making our stay pleasant. The meeting rooms were conveniently located near the fast elevators, and the appetizers served at our get-together were well-prepared. Despite some cosmetic renovations, such as peeling wallpaper and a poorly designed sliding bathroom door, the overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable.
