The Kolache Factory offers a wide variety of fillings, and I usually go for the ham and cheese or BBQ flavors because the bread is buttery and sweet, though sometimes the fillings can be a bit inconsistent. The staff is friendly and usually quick, especially the morning team, which makes grabbing a kolache with my coffee super easy. While the food is generally fresh and tasty, I've noticed occasional issues like greasy bottoms or less-than-fresh chicken, but overall it's a solid spot for a quick, satisfying breakfast.
