This restaurant has consistently provided satisfying meals, with the Moo Goo Gai Pan being a personal favorite. Although the atmosphere has shifted since its original location, the quality of the food remains strong, and the prices are reasonable.

Always a satisfying meal at House of Chen! The service is friendly and the food is consistently delicious. A great place for lunch or dinner, just be sure to check their specific hours of operation.

One of our family's favorite places to eat in Ames. My sister still orders half a dozen egg rolls from takeout every time she stops in Ames! The people who own this restaurant and work here are all very kind and helpful. Ames locals enjoy coming here. This restaurant has been part of Ames for many decades.
