My cousin recommended Cafe Via Espresso on Steinway in Astoria, and I'm glad he did because they serve delicious American-style breakfast offerings. The joint was crowded on a Saturday morning, but we managed to snag a table at the back and the menu had a good variety of choices from eggs to pastries. It's a great place to grab breakfast and lunch, and their iced lattes are one of the best I've had in Astoria.
