The food here captures the charm of a classic diner with fresh, homemade dishes like burgers and fish sandwiches served quickly by friendly staff, making for a pleasant lunch experience. The pies, especially the rhubarb crunch and coconut cream, are truly outstanding and definitely worth planning a visit around, but be sure to bring cash since electronic payments aren't accepted.

No pie graced our table during our visit, but the burgers and fries we enjoyed were satisfying enough. The friendly staff provided quick service in a charming diner atmosphere, reminiscent of days gone by. As we left, the unexpected crowd waiting for tables on a Thursday piqued our curiosity, leaving us eager to return and sample their famed pies.
