So good!

I honestly never take time to do reviews but I felt especially compelled to write this one. Insomnia in East Lansing has absolutely horrendous customer service. When there is a problem with your order, you are asked to email their online customer service team who apparently doesn't know how to communicate. I emailed three times and although I received initial responses, none of the three different people ever followed up. I've had problems there more than once and each time it was not dealt with in any form of professional or apologetic manner whatsoever. It's clear that they couldn't care less how you feel about your transaction. Believe me, it's not worth dealing with so many issues just to eat a below average tasting cookie that probably won't be delivered on time.
