I was in Westwood today, we were exited to go to a Persian restaurant. We p

he car in the alley entered Sholeh from the back door. It was around 2:00 PM, we passed the kitchen, we did not see any one in there. We entered the hall there were 2 people on one table talking business there was no food on the table. My wife asked the waiter "are you closed?" he responded "no, doors are open". "But there is nobody in the kitchen" You did not go in , there 12 people working there."
We sat down on a table, and ordered Beef Koobideh, sure enough in few minutes the plate came, with warm rice and 2 Koobideh that had no resemblance to Persian Koobided, in fact it was 2 old kabab warmed up in the microwave. I ate a small piece, it was not eatable. I ask for a piece of Tah Dig, they brought me the same way old Tah Dig warmed up in Microwave. We paid and left the food on the table.
I wonder why a business should assume that the customer is so stupid that does not know the difference.
