The food at Guadalajara was satisfying, with a menu that matched the offerings of typical Mexican eateries. While the service lacked warmth, the authenticity of the cuisine shone through, especially during a snowy evening when most other establishments were closed.

So good! We were here from out of town for a work conference and tried it out. They were pretty busy at the time we arrived but were greeted and served quite quickly. Our food came in a short amount of time and very hot! A staff member came to refill our drinks and apologized for the wait but we promptly responded that we had not waited at all. I was very happy with the service and my food was excellent! (Enchilladas rancheras) I think our hotel's restaurant staff should watch Guadalajara staff for some pointers.

I once worked in a Mexican restaurant - and my boss always said, "service comes first." the service here was awful. The server took his time waiting on customers and I even saw one table leave, because he had taken so long to get to them.
