While hiking nearby, we decided to grab a late afternoon meal and were seated right by a window with stunning canyon views. The bison stew with corn cakes stood out with its tender meat and perfectly buttery, honey-drizzled cakes, while the chislic was flavorful though a bit chewy, accompanied by crispy truffle fries and an amazing sauce. The cozy, rustic atmosphere combined with friendly, attentive service made the experience truly enjoyable, and I look forward to returning.

While hiking in the area, my companions and I stumbled upon a restaurant and decided to stop for a meal around 3:30 pm. We were fortunate to be seated by a window with a picturesque view of the canyon, and despite the chilly weather, the cozy ambiance made for a pleasant dining experience. The menu offered a unique selection of dishes, and the bison stew with corn cakes stood out as a delicious and satisfying choice that I would highly recommend to others visiting the area.
