Used to give 4 stars. Now they r going downhill. Always had good food and service, now the last 8 times or so, we haven't. In the past, by the time we get home, our tacos r still hard. Now when we have for home they have been soggy. They have forgot items we ordered several times. They didn't get a cheese container closed and had cheese all over in the bag another time. Couple of other times we ordered the new spicy steak and potato burrito, but given a chicken, even after they said steak when the repeated the order. We believe in second chances, but they have had over 8 in a row and can't get it right, so we r done. Someone needs to open a Taco Bell in town!
