During our stay in Rapid City, we enjoyed several meals at Minerva's and found the food, service, and ambiance to be excellent. The menu offered a variety of delicious options, including perfectly cooked salmon, flavorful bison dishes, and a fantastic salad bar that added to the overall experience. The staff were attentive and friendly, creating a comfortable and enjoyable dining atmosphere for our group and family celebrations.

During our stay at the Best Western connected to Minerva's in Rapid City, we dined at the restaurant multiple times and found the food, service, and overall atmosphere to be exceptional. The dishes we ordered, such as the perfectly cooked Salmon and the flavorful Medallions of Pork, exceeded our expectations and left us thoroughly satisfied with our dining experience. The attentive staff, delicious food options, and cozy ambiance made our meals at Minerva's a highlight of our trip to Rapid City.
