Mardi-Gras offers a solid dining experience, especially in comparison to other options in Paris. The boiled crawfish are particularly delicious, while the oysters may have a slightly earthy taste. If you enjoy larger, meatier oysters, this establishment would suit your preferences. Overall, the dining experience was pleasant, with attentive and friendly wait staff, and the prices were quite reasonable. I plan to make this a regular stop during my visits to Paris.
