After sampling perfumes all afternoon, hunger led me downstairs to Flip, where the menu's focus on burgers immediately caught my attention despite my soft food restrictions. The baked Mac & Cheese I ordered was a revelation, with its crispy breadcrumb topping and rich, cheesy interior delivering pure comfort in every bite.
