While traveling through Jackson for business, I stopped for breakfast and enjoyed a perfectly cooked loaded omelet with crispy bacon, all served quickly and at a reasonable price. The salad bar and daily lunch specials, like the poppy seed chicken, consistently impress me with their freshness and flavor, making each visit relaxing and satisfying.

The breakfast at PCB&D is quite delicious, offering a loaded omelet and a side of bacon that hit the spot.
