Ernie's food truck at Caltech was a lifesaver during my time as a postdoc there from 2009-2011. The prices were unbeatable, the portions were generous, and the options were delicious for both vegetarians like me and meat lovers like my partner. From the flavorful veggie burrito to the indulgent potato quesadillas, Ernie's always hit the spot and provided a tasty escape from the stresses of academia.
