I'm obsessed with the mini chicken pate chaud at this little bakery. The pork ones are triangles while the chicken ones are rectangles, making it easy to tell them apart. The filling is just right, not too salty or bland, and the addition of peas keeps it moist. Plus, they're great for a quick grab-and-go snack!
